- Where does training take place?
- In-person sessions happen at a Selkirk-area training location confirmed during your consult. Online clients train at their own gym or home setup.
- Is coaching online, in person, or hybrid?
- All three. Some clients train in person only, some fully online, and some do a mix depending on schedule and travel.
- Do clients need a gym membership?
- No membership is required for in-person sessions unless we agree to train at a specific facility. Online clients use whatever gym or home equipment they already have.
- What equipment is required?
- For online coaching, the program is built around what you actually own. Full commercial gym, home rack, or minimal setup — the plan is written to fit it, not the other way around.
- How long are sessions?
- In-person sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes. Online clients follow the daily session length inside their program.
- How often do clients train?
- Most people start at 2 to 4 sessions per week. The cadence is chosen based on your recovery, schedule, and goal — not a template.
- How are check-ins completed?
- Weekly. You submit numbers, photos, and short notes on sleep, energy, and stress inside the app. The program is adjusted based on that data.
- Is nutrition guidance included?
- Yes — habit-based targets, protein and calorie ranges, and simple structure. Nutrition is coached within the legal scope of a fitness coach, not clinical dietetics.
- Which surrounding areas are served?
- In-person coaching is offered throughout Selkirk, Manitoba. Online coaching is available anywhere.
- How quickly can a new client begin?
- Once you book the free call and we confirm the fit, your program is typically ready within a few business days.
